  2. Symbios Logic is providing the enclosed SCSI Device Management System 
  3. (SDMS) 3.0 drivers electronically for your convenience.  However, this 
  4. does not imply technical support on the part of Symbios Logic, should 
  5. any problems arise during the use or operation of these drivers.  For 
  6. the following reasons, Symbios Logic highly recommends that you contact 
  7. either the place where you purchased your system or the Original Equipment 
  8. Manufacturer (OEM) of your system motherboard for technical issues 
  9. pertaining to SDMS:

  11.     * Symbios Logic works with its OEM customers to correct any 
  12.     anomalies that may occur within the complex interaction of the 
  13.     operating system, driver, BIOS and hardware.  Your OEM is most 
  14.     aware of these interactions and would be the one most capable of 
  15.     diagnosing a problem and, if necessary, working with Symbios 
  16.     Logic to correct it.  It is the experience of Symbios Logic that 
  17.     what appears to be a SCSI problem often is not and is indeed a 
  18.     system or software installation problem.

  20.     * By contacting the OEM for support, you will be assured of 
  21.     receiving the latest SDMS BIOS and drivers that have been 
  22.     verified, certified, and licensed by your OEM on that OEM's
  23.     hardware platform.
